Artysmarty is the jewellery and accessories creation of Tasmanian born designer Angela Cuthill. After graduating from a ceramics degree in Hobart and a masters in Sydney, Angela left Australia on an art finding mission, moved to Ireland, loved it and stayed.
With a varied creative process, Angela designs and produces jewellery items in a range of badges, earrings, and necklaces.
The work is influenced by popular culture, fashion, art and nature. Favourite materials tend towards the everyday, such as wood and plastics presented in a new way. Each object is individual, carefully handcrafted, unique and constructed in Ireland.
